Research at the County site revealed a number of re-conveyances, deeds, notices, and a summary judgement. The plaintiff Christine Harris of Campo won a lien 2009 on all 4 parcels the Meyers owned; she had loaned them $225K years before. Then, they applied for and got yet another mortgage on the house parcel for over $140k, possibly fraudulently. A general mess...

The house can't be occupied without a septic inspection/permit - which won't be possible without the extra area of the east parcel and since part of the leech field is on that parcel as well. It is also too close to the "property line" for 4 foot setback if the property is split. A new water permit/meter won't be issued for only one parcel in that area either, so the east lot 56 is useless by itself, or would force the house (on parcel 57) to be abandoned if the eastern neighbor bought it..

The previous owners, Meyer, had 6+ people in residence, possibly clogging the field, as it was defingitley not service during their 1999-2008 residence.
There is no septic inspection report, and other previous owners said that the field extends in to parcel 56, and, that the tank is collapsing.
A new 100% field is estimated at $20,000-$25,000.
